HighLevel Bi-Weekly Roundup: February 10-24, 2026
HighLevel ships 20+ updates over two weeks, highlighted by voice dictation in AI Builder, Manus workflow integration, and Conversation AI response style controls.
HighLevel ships more than 20 updates across February 10–24, with the standout being a cluster of AI workflow builder enhancements that shipped on February 13th — voice dictation, conversational editing for If-Else and Wait actions, expanded error highlighting, and deeper contact path visualization, all in a single day.
These aren't isolated tweaks. Taken together, they push HighLevel's workflow builder closer to a natural-language-first experience. You can now describe a workflow out loud, edit conditional logic through conversation, and get visual feedback on exactly where a contact failed or stalled — without leaving the builder.
Featured Update: AI Workflow Builder Gets Smarter on Every Front
On February 13th, HighLevel shipped four workflow builder updates simultaneously, and the combined effect is bigger than any individual item.
Voice Dictation in AI Builder lets you click a mic icon and speak your workflow requirements aloud. The AI transcribes your description and generates the corresponding workflow instantly. Multi-language support is included, so you're not limited to English. For agencies that build repetitive automation structures, this removes a meaningful chunk of the manual assembly work — you describe the logic, HighLevel builds the skeleton.
Conversational Editing for If-Else and Wait Actions fills a gap that existed since AI Builder launched. You could create these action types through AI, and you could edit other action types conversationally, but If-Else and Wait modifications required dropping back to manual configuration. That's resolved. Now you describe the change in plain language — "update the wait to 2 hours after 9 PM on weekdays" — and AI Builder handles it. Complex conditional logic no longer forces a context switch out of the conversational interface.
The Expanded Error Highlight update is less visible but practically significant. Validation coverage grew from 14 to 48 actions and from 26 to 28 triggers. Enhanced checks now fire on save, not during execution — which means misconfigured nodes get flagged before a workflow goes live and affects real contacts. Agencies managing dozens of active automations will feel this most; catching a broken action before it silently fails is worth far more than the headline number suggests.
Rounding out the set, Highlight Contact Path received a meaningful upgrade. Error nodes are now visually marked in the builder, skipped nodes are labeled, and entry/exit points are clearly displayed. If a contact stalled in a workflow, you can now trace exactly what happened — which step they reached, whether they bypassed any nodes, and where execution stopped. Previously, debugging a misbehaving workflow required correlating execution logs with the visual canvas. Now the canvas tells the story directly.
Other Notable Updates
Manus Triggers and Actions in Workflows
HighLevel added native Manus integration to Workflows on February 16th. Manus is a task-based AI system: you send an initial prompt, it processes structured AI logic, and returns a response. You can continue the task with follow-up prompts, update it, or delete it entirely — all from within a workflow.
The practical use is AI-augmented automation without third-party tools. Rather than routing workflow data through Zapier to hit an external AI service, you keep the loop inside HighLevel. For agencies building anything that requires multi-step AI processing — lead scoring, research tasks, content generation at scale — this is a meaningful addition. It's also worth noting this is a native integration, not a webhook workaround, which matters for reliability and troubleshooting.
Conversation AI: Response Style Settings
On February 24th, HighLevel added Response Style Settings to Conversation AI bots. You can now choose between Concise (~30 words), Balanced (~80 words), or Detailed (~200 words) replies — set at the bot level and applied automatically in Auto-Pilot mode.
This is honestly useful for agencies managing bots across different business types. A bot handling quick customer service queries needs different output behavior than one walking prospects through a service explanation. Previously, you'd have to engineer reply length into your prompts. Now it's a configurable setting. Minor to implement, noticeable in practice.
Listings: Duplicate Suppression Management
HighLevel introduced Duplicate Suppression inside the Listings tool on February 11th. Businesses often accumulate multiple directory entries across Google, Bing, Apple Maps, and similar platforms — sometimes from old addresses, business name changes, or data aggregator errors. Duplicate listings split customer signals, create conflicting business information, and weaken local SEO performance.
The tool lets you find, verify, and suppress duplicates directly from the HighLevel dashboard. For agencies managing local SEO for clients, this removes a tedious manual step and adds a deliverable that clients can see directly. It's a strong addition to the white-label Listings product.
Snapshot Load Retry
Failed snapshot pushes can now be retried without starting over. From the View History page, agencies can retry individual failed sub-accounts or batch-retry all failures in a single click. Live progress tracking shows status on the same page.
There are sensible constraints: retries are limited to a 48-hour window, and if the snapshot was updated after the original push, retries are disabled. A new push is required in that case. The 48-hour window is tight enough to matter — if you notice failures late, you're rebuilding anyway. That said, for fresh failures caught quickly, this removes a lot of friction from large-scale snapshot deployments.
AI-Powered WordPress Page Builder
HighLevel added an AI page generation option to its WordPress integration on February 11th. Under WordPress > All Sites > Manage Website > Pages, you'll now find "AI Generated Pages." You define your business niche, goal, and desired aesthetic, and the AI generates a landing page directly.
This is still early and won't replace a purpose-built page for high-stakes campaigns. For client onboarding or rapid draft generation, though, it reduces the blank-canvas problem. The fact that it lives inside the WordPress management area rather than as a separate tool makes it accessible without workflow disruption.
Advanced Tag Filtering Extended to Opportunity and Invoice Triggers
Advanced tag filtering, which previously applied only to Contact Created and Contact DND triggers, now covers Opportunity Created, Opportunity Changed, Opportunity Status Changed, Pipeline Stage Changed, and Invoice triggers. This rounds out the original feature rollout and makes tag-based conditional logic consistent across the primary trigger categories agencies use most.
Community Insights
The GHL subreddit over this period focused heavily on two themes: managing client expectations around deliverables and scaling agency operations with HighLevel's SaaS mode.
Several threads discussed pricing strategy for white-labeled HighLevel products — specifically how to position the all-in-one value when clients are already paying for individual tools. The common thread in top-voted responses was leading with outcomes rather than feature lists and presenting consolidated cost savings as a concrete number rather than a vague benefit.
There were also active threads around the new Manus integration and Conversation AI improvements, with agencies sharing early use cases. The response style settings in particular got traction, with users noting they'd been managing reply length through prompt engineering and appreciated having it as a native control instead.
